Feedback Survey

In order to ensure a mutually convenient appeal process for parishes and mission groups, before we choose and assign mission groups to parishes, we ask that a parish representative fill out the Parish Preference Form. This survey makes it possible for us to assign a mission group that will meet your parish's needs.  It also provides us with valuable feedback about last year's MCP process.

  • Parishes with a twinning project will be allowed to designate their twin as their mission group
    In order to designate a twinning project as your MCP appeal, it must comply with all MCP guidelines, including providing us with the appeal date, suitability letters (if applicable), and following the 90/10% fund split.  This is the case whether or not the SPOF office facilitates the appeal or creates the online pages. 

    If your parish does not want to have its twinning project subject to these rules, it will be assigned a separate mission group for the MCP cycle (and the parish may handle any twinning appeals outside of the MCP process and timeframe).

We kindly ask a representative of your parish to complete the survey by January 31, so that we can begin the assignments process as soon as possible.
